We send out two monthly e-mail blasts that promote the upcoming meeting and provide practical Information about development opportunities around the Bay Area for chapter members.

You may attend any of the programs of the four ASTD chapters in the region: Golden Gate, Sacramento, North Bay and Las Vegas at the member rate. We also reciprocate this benefit for their members. On the Mt. Diablo ASTD website under the Meeting tabs, there are links that will take you to the websites of each of these chapters so you can check our six program offerings each month! You can also receive discounts on chapter and affiliate events.
5. Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteering is a great way to know more about other members in the chapter, and just as importantly, it is an opportunity for them to know about YOU! It can also be a great learning opportunity! You get what you put in, as the saying goes! You may opt to volunteer in any of these areas: Membership, Marketing & Communications, Professional Development, Community Outreach, Finance and the Annual Expo.
